Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection activity, late fees, administrative costs, legal costs, and other remedies allowed by law or contract.

8. Cargo Claims and Liability

Carrier liability may be limited by applicable federal transportation law, including the Carmack Amendment, unless a different liability arrangement is agreed to in writing before transportation.
